The gem on this necklace is the beautiful large, smooth, shiny turquoise NUT from South America - little seen in the States except on Constanza’s necklaces.  It is a very hard nut, naturally white and perfect for carving, also called Vegetable Ivory! Be ready to attract attention when you put this beauty around your neck!

Here the Tagua is integrated with large chunks of octagonal brown, grey, turquoise Agate, two vintage Silver ribbed ovals from India, turquoise colored Magnesite discs, and blue Lampwork Glass.
